REFUND POLICY

OUR APPROACH

We want every parent in the Creative Parents Community to feel genuinely supported. If something isn't working for you, we want to know.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Your first month costs £1, donated to Tiny Tickers. The £1 joining fee is non-refundable as it goes directly to charity.

For ongoing monthly payments of £17.60, we offer the following:

7-Day Satisfaction Period:
If you join and feel the Community is not right for you within the first 7 days of your first full monthly payment, contact us at hello@echasfoundation.org and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

After the 7-day period, monthly payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@echasfoundation.org.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Access to the Community ends at the close of your billing period

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We review refund requests outside our standard policy on a case by case basis. If you are experiencing genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us at hello@echasfoundation.org. We will always do our best to find a fair resolution.

CHARITY DONATIONS

The £1 first month fee is donated directly to Tiny Tickers (UK Charity No. 1155135) and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as it has already been passed to the charity.
